The Haryana Staff Selection Commission Primary Teacher written examination in Haryana state is held in Offline mode in both English and Hindi, using OMR-based testing. It consists of 100 questions to be answered, scoring 0.95 marks each. There are no marks deducted for wrong answers, but a candidate who leaves one item unattempted will lose 0.95 marks per omission. Each candidate is required to select one of the five answers for each question. After the 100 minutes of the exam, the candidates may record the fifth option, bringing the total exam duration to 105 minutes.
